VAPE Electronic Ignition System - 6v Twins - Positive or Negative Earth
Designed primarily for 6 volt twin cylinder models with side points to replace an old magneto with a new efficient electronic ignition system.
This system also has the versatility of working as a 12v system with a working voltage range of 4-18 volts, depending upon the wiring configuration. Can be used on Positive (+) or Negative (-) earth electrics - full instructions provided.
Manufactured using premium quality components, with a unique CNC billet alloy stator plate design and dual internal circuit boards for reliability. The stator plate is encapsulated in resin to protect the component parts, thus ensuring trouble free use.
With a 6v system it is necessary to use two separate 6v coils in parallel. For 12v applications use two 6v coils in series or two 12 volt coils in parallel, alternatively use a single twin output 12v coil - full wiring diagrams provided for all options.
Kit contains: transistor box, stator plate, magnetic rotor, fitting kit and locking spanner.
