Triumph Front Brake Master Cylinder With Reduced 1/2" Bore - 750cc Twins Circa 1979-83
Complete assembly with 1/2" (13mm) bore stainless steel master cylinder barrel.
The standard original fit is 5/8” (15.8mm).
Flat black mounting body for switch gear and alloy lever blade.
Manufactured with a smaller internal bore which will provide a brake lever that is more sensitive and easier to use. Naturally you would think that a larger bore size would produce more pressure but that is not true. Larger bore master cylinders are going to give you a harder lever feel, as it is compressing a larger square area of fluid.
Correct fitment on T140E, T140E, T140ES, TR7V, TR7VS and TR7T.
