Triumph / BSA Kickstart Lever Cotter Pin + Nut and Washer - Standard
Kickstart cotter pin assembly c/w nut and washer.
Available as standard, oversize or unmilled - please select option.
The oversize version 57-4357 is standard fit on BSA later unit singles or ideal for use with a worn kickstart spindle or arm.
The unmilled option can be filed down to suit if the standard or oversize versions are too deeply milled.
Standard - tapered section extends the full length of the shaft:
Overall length: 1+7/8" (47.6mm)
Shaft length: 1+1/4" (31.9mm)
OD: 3/8" (9.5mm)
Oversize - tapered section extends two-thirds of the length of the shaft:
Overall length: 1+7/8" (47.3mm)
Shaft length: 1+1/4" (31.5mm)
OD: 3/8" (9.55mm)
Unmilled - file a flat taper as required:
Overall length: 1+11/16" (42.7mm)
Shaft length: 1+1/8" (29mm)
OD: 3/8" (9.5mm)
