Lucas 12v High Performance Oil Filled Ignition Coil - 17M12 Type
12 volt 17M12 type coil as used on many models including Triumph, BSA, Norton from 1968 onwards.
Oil filled as per the original OEM coils which improves heat dissipation and are less susceptible to internal arcing. Ideal for bikes fitted with modern electronic ignition systems.
These coils have high grade copper windings and core for improved spark energy and duration.
Supplied with rubber cap and terminal connectors.
Please note: These coils discharge with a very high voltage so extra care must be taken to ensure that a spark plug is connected to the HT output.
