Yamaha TY250 Front Exhaust Pipe - Stainless Steel - Twinshock Models

This pipe is designed for use with our WES silencers - see related products.
Pipe OD: 41mm
This pipe will fit into the original exhaust silencer system, but that was a one piece unit, so to make this fit you will have to manufacture a flange on the exhaust to enable the two pieces to join.
Also when fitting this pipe it is very tight and fiddly to get onto the original exhaust port studs, it is sometimes easier to remove the studs and fit bolts. When fitting this way, remove the 8mm studs, drill out the fixing holes to 9mm and replace the studs with 8mm bolts.
