Cable Oiler / Lubrication Tool - Hydraulic Type
This hydraulic cable lubricator forces oil through the outer casing and inner wire of the entire length of the cable. Suitable for all cables with outer casing up to 5/16" (8mm). Throttle, clutch, brake, magneto etc.
Simply attach the cable to the base of the unit, fill with preferred lubricant and turn the lever to force oil through the control cable. Can be used in situ without the need to remove the entire cable from the bike.
HOW TO USE - see additional images
- Put cable through pressure cap and position the neoprene disc between the two compression dics over the cable outer casing.
- Push the complete compression assembly into the base of the tube and tighten.
- Unscrew the T handled ram, fill the tube with light oil and replace ram.
- Screw the ram down to force oil through the length of the cable.
- When lubricant runs out the other end of the cable it has lubricated.
