If the weight of your order is less than 2kg and we can send it by post, we will refund a portion of the shipping charge. EG: Order total £100 - shipping charge £6.99 but if the items only weigh 1kg, we would only charge £4.50 shipping.

If your order is to be small, please ask for a quote, as we always try to get the cheapest form of shipping for these continents. Due to fuel prices, shipping can be very expensive, but we would rather you spend the money on us than on shipping! Any parcels over 2kg cannot go by normal airmail post, and will require a courier. If the weight of your order is low and we find the shipping costs less than expected, we will refund a portion of the shipping charge. EG: Order total £100 shipping charge £45 but items only weigh 1kg, we would only charge £15 shipping. (£25 for 2kg). If the order requires large parcels, we may need to charge more - you will usually be informed before this occurs.
